Dear Isca Patients,

Thank you for your support at this unprecedented time. Although we have been open throughout lockdown, issuing prescriptions, carrying out basic emergency treatment, and dental extractions.

Having suddenly been told in the last week of June that we could reopen from 1st July and start providing AGP procedures (drilling) providing that we had the appropriate PPE, staff training, and professionally fitted FFP3 masks.

To do so safely has required building alterations, the sourcing of PPE and staff attending training courses. Much of the equipment was on backorder and the appropriate courses had filled up very quickly. In trying to navigate the very strict guidelines and the above challenges, we have made the decision to open the Practice for AGP dentistry for emergency patients from 13th July. We envisage the first two weeks from this date being for those patients who have emergencies requiring AGP and also those patients who are in the middle of courses of treatment requiring AGP.

We will be in the Practice from the week beginning 6th July, but the phones will continue to be diverted for this week. Please leave a message on the answerphone and we will endeavour to respond within 2-3 hours. Feel free to email any enquiries to info@iscadental.co.uk. Before entering the Practice, please watch the new patient journey into the Practice that will be posted on our Facebook page this week.

We cannot thank you enough for your support during this time and we look forward to seeing you soon!
