That you pay your bills on time in order for us to pay our bills on

That you attend your appointments and arrive on time -we do charge
a fee for cancellations with less that 24 hours notice or non-attendance.
That you always keep us informed of how to contact you - with up-to-date
telephone numbers we can contact you if we are running late or if
the dentist has been called away on an emergency etc.
That you recommend us to patients of a similar quality to yourself,
whom you feel would like the things we offer.
