To make an appointment with us, either call into
the practice, ring us on 01633 430155, fax us on 01633 430415, or
in the near future you will be able to use our email facility.
We have tried to organise our opening times
to best suit the needs of our patients -we all lead busy lives! Therefore,
we open at 7.30am and provide lunch-time appointments.
For routine visits you can normally be expected
to be offered something in 2-4 weeks time. This is a busy and thriving
practice, and if you want appointments at key times -before 9am and
after 3pm -it is best to book ahead to avoid disappointment.
The desk is manned from 9am daily and shuts
at 4pm, except for Friday afternoon when we close the desk at 3pm.
Our contract with you includes covering any emergencies
which may crop up. An emergency is: severe pain which has kept you
awake at night, excessive bleeding after an extraction, marked swelling
of the face, tongue or floor of mouth, or an accident in which teeth
have been damaged or lost.
We will do our best to see you that day
if you telephone the practice before 10am with one of these emergencies.
In order to provide excellent emergency
and general cover for you we need to know if you are going to cancel
or re-book an appointment at least 24 hours before the appointment
time. If you do not let us know in adequate time we will charge a
standard fee of £30.00 per 30 minutes.
