Appointments & Emergencies
We all lead busy lives, and with that in mind we are open from 7.30am on weekdays and provide lunch-time appointments. We provide emergency appointments each day (provided you ring the practice before 10.30am you will be offered an emergency appointment that day) and a weekend service from Friday through to Sunday.
Our reception desk is staffed from 9am until 4pm on weekdays, or you can leave a message.
In order to provide the excellent emergency cover we pride ourselves on, we rely on our patients giving us plenty of notice if they have to cancel an appointment. If a patient just doesn't bother showing up for an appointment there is a charge.
A credit/debit card deposit is required to secure an appointment with us and this amount will be refunded from the treatment costs.
"I hate the dentist..."
It is estimated that despite the importance of dental health, half the population do not visit a dentist regularly.
Irregular dental treatment often results in more extensive, and consequently, more expensive dental treatment. Regular visits help to cut down problems - and the bills.
The major reason for non-attendance of a dental practice is fear. We understand that some patients are nervous and we have years of experience in helping people just like you. We will explain everything we do and take it slowly - at your pace.
Over the years we have formed a band of the converted amongst our more frightened patients, who are so impressed by their experiences with us that they have offered to chat to anyone with a major phobia. We can put you in touch.
